The logic is admittedly consistent with those who have attempted to construct the concept of freedom through social contract. His philosophy has led him to defend necrophilia so long as the other individual subscribed to the act prior to death, murder of small babies if the parents find the child unwanted during a probationary period, polygamy amongst many others. Social contract theories in the end erode upon the principle of power as those in power get to exercise full rights upon those who don't absent any value for the existence of mankind itself.
