Great host on a great show. This was a time when the Squares were really funny...with Charley Weaver (David Arquette's grand-dad), Wally Cox, Rose Marie, and the King (er, Queen) of the Squares -- Paul Lynde. Two neat things to know about Peter Marshall: 1) At times, He would wear just tennis shorts (with his coat and tie) when hosting the show; 2) His son, Pete LaCock, was a Major League baseball player (played for the KC Royals and Cubs).

He even poked fun at his game show career, playing game show hosts on In Living Color and MADtv.
