It has alot of features and programs included and it is as stable as other distros (Lindows excluded) Also package management after instial install is harder to use. Most of Debian's functions are used through the terminal (command line) some of it is accessed through the GUI. RedHat takes alot of these functions and makes them ready on the KDE/GNOME Gui. I have to say that there are alot more documentations included with debian than RedHat though...but be careful using that documentation for other distros! The processes may vary from distro to distro! Bottom line: great for advanced users involves alot of patience and provides more help.
