I was never really a HUGE fan of his and I'm still not but he wants to be taken seriously. Even if you don't agree with him (and I'm not saying I DON'T agree with him), he should be taken seriously. Not as a politican but as a filmmaker. He is a good filmmaker, especially his early, funny films (Roger and Me, for example)
