 | SuKingsANDKnights300 (20) 05/23/2008 | I have a very annoying lower-back pain for two years now. I went to the Chinese massage parlour once in the mall. There was a young Chinese girl working there, but the parlour belongs to his dad. She pressed hard the back, with fist, and thumbs. Ahhh...it was great!. Went for almost two months without any pain, but again it came back. The doctors are nothing than just wasting money to see them. For it!..see the therapists, and things may be better than medicines.

 | Suzysway (21) 07/24/2006 | I find this most relaxing. This area can usually handle greater pressure than the lower back for example.

 | Djahuti (57) 11/20/2005 | This would include the back of the neck, trapezius, rhomboids and upper lats. These are the areas most people complain about.Sitting at computers and typing can really do a number on this area.Lot's of people tense up these muscles from stress, also.Trigger points in these muscles can refer pain elsewhere in the body, and can also be the source of headaches.

 | Major of the ROTC (1) 01/04/2005 | You know it feels good when a girl with soft hands rubs your back in slow circular motions all around and up and down. That kind of pressure just saps the stress right outta you!
