Believe it or not, these could be harder to catch than a real football...when you were in a back yard pick-up game and knew you were about to get tackled. These were a good idea.

Parents love it because it tends to cause little or no damage inside the house. Nerd kids love it because you can catch the ball in cold weather without hurting your hands. Pretty much a can't miss for the little brats. Quite affordable- good cost/benefit ratio here. . .

Didn't they used to make, or still do make NERF Lawndarts? If so, I don't see them as being very effective.

There was just a riot at a nerf factory in china....."hey buddy meet our demands or your friend gets it with the nerf ball" doesn't sound like a good bargaining chip.

I still have my trusty green/blue Nerf. One of my friends would always tire her arm out throwing a Nerf. The thing weighs like 8 ounces or something.

Nerf. Sporting equipment for the uncoordinated. UPDATE: If you want a test of skill, try deflecting darts from a Nerf gun with lightsaber...

I think my Nerf N-Strike Maverick is the best!

These things were pretty awesome. I specifically remember the football with the torpedo shape that my sister could throw for an 80-yard touchdown.
