Great warranty service covering accidental damage (including water damage) for 5 full years with convenient locations throughout the USA. CPS warranty repairs are also not limited to the purchase price of the item, like Amazon.com does with their lame SquareTrade.com warranty service. Now I just hope I never need the warranty.

I purchased the 5 year extended plan on my Samsung refrigerator 2.5 yrs ago. Oh yeah, it's a great company when your signing up for their insurance, just wait till you try and use it if something goes wrong. I am more than a little suspicious of all these glowing reports of CPS's service since they've never actually had any service experience with them other than buying the insurance! Well of course they were all warm and fuzzy then, just wait till you have to use and then let's see what your response is!! Horrible company, rude customer service!! Do not buy this insurance, they do not stand behind their warranties!!

I just purchased a washer machine and for a very reasonable price, was given a year protection from Consumer Priority. I think it's a fantastic deal! Registering for the service protection was fast and easy and they immediately reponded to me when I purchase my appliance, thanking me for choosing their protection plan and immediately responded once I registered online.

I have just received the GE amplified dual handset cordless phone and so far I like the options. The boost could have a better volume increase. I like the big numbers and things were easy to set up except the memory 1,2,3 buttons. Had to figure that out on my own. All in all, I guess it was a good buy. However, if you are hearing impaired, spend the money and get the one with the boost that gives you more volume.

I recently purchased a 60" LED Flat Screen TV and was offered the opportunity of acquiring a 5-year in-home warranty with Consumer Priority Service. I was very pleased with the price as well as the website where you register #within 30-days of purchase#. I can now rest assured that if anything goes wrong this TV over the next 5-years that all repair costs will be covered and most importantly, the service folks will come to my home! I will not have to dismantle the TV and take it or send it anywhere! I STRONGLY recommend that you look into Consumer Priority Service whenever you purchase an expensive electronic item. You will be protected and... you will NOT be disappointed!

I recently purchased a plasma TV and purchased an additional warranty through CPS. At first, I was skeptical about the services they provide, but after calling their customer service department and speaking with a very knowledgeable individual and registering with them online, I finally have peace of mind that my product is insured against any manufacturers' defects. Registering online was very simple and only took a couple minutes. I have no affiliation with this company and can objectively say that so far, I am very impressed, and that I would definitely recommend them.

Love the Nikon D7000. I can use all of my older Nikon lenses, and of course the newer AF lenses. Very extensive menus will take awhile to get accustomed to. Wish my older flashes worked on it with TTL, but at least I can review and adjust in manual mode.

Love my 73" Hd 3D ready TV. It came promptly and no hassles. More than I imagined with a perfect HD picture. I cant get 3 D to work but I think problem is on my end. I cant get my 3D kit to work. I will work on the problem. My old 50" TV stand worked just fine and this TV weighs less than the old one.I am very happy. I live in Rural Washington State and was a bit worried ordering from Powersellers in NYC. Dave was just great and TV came in 10 days.

I am extremely happy with the overall experience of CPS. I would especially mention the services of Lisa, the best customer support executive I ever worked with. Not only she quickly diagnosed my problem with the handset (LG) I was having, but also suggested me the best ways to deal with the problem. I never paid anything from my pocket, and the handset was repaired and delivered to me in no time! I have already recommended CPS to all my friends. Thank you guys!

Great company, I had to use the service recently. About 2 years back I bought a Sony dcr-dvd100 DVD handycam. The unit started to malfunction on me recently and the unit was not usable, so I had it serviced through the cpscentral.com site. They sent it back to me fairly quick, about 2 or 3 days and it was good as new. The cool part was the diagnostic report that CPS and Sony sent back with the unit. They sent a 2 page detailed report of the work that was done to my cam along with digital pics of the parts that were replaced inside the unit. Everything was packed really nicely, and they replaced the battery with a new one without me asking. I’m more than satisfied and would recommend the service.

I am one of many people that purchased a Samsung TV and after just over a year the power supply went out. This is another whole story. I have a In-Home Extended Service Plan with CPS, Consumer Priority Service. I called them Monday November 23, 2009. The customer service person took my information to file a claim. I thought I asked all the right questions, this being my first claim with them. Not one time did this person ever tell me they needed the sales receipt and copy of my membership card. I received a email requesting this later that evening. Of course I sent it in and waited for a call or email telling me when a service person would be out to repair my POS Samsung. I called today 11-25-2009 and asked about the status of my claim. The person told me I would receive a email telling be the next step. NEXT STEP good grief....just call a repair service company and have them come out and fix my TV. So I get a email asking me for a credit card number. NO where and I mean no where does ... Read more

My brother had a Apple Mac PowerBook 17'' that came with 1 year standard apple care. He bought an extra 2 years and he was glad he did. He ended up sending it in to apple at least 4 times, with the last time happening at the end of the 3rd year. A couple of things they did was replace the internal fans, replace hard drive, replace OS discs, and cleaned the internal components. He said it was worth it in the end. Edit: all of the above services were free of course (he took it to a physical apple store when he needed service, so no shipping costs)

I bought a Toshiba satellite laptop and a 3 year CPS warranty in 2007. Since then I had to use the warranty one time and it paid for itself many times over. Last year when the power died on my laptop CPS replaced the motherboard and hard drive. The service was very quick, about 2 days and I had the unit back in perfect working condition. It would have cost me around $1000 if I did not have that warranty. Buy the longer 3 year It was very well worth the money.

I purchased a 42” plasma and the CPS warranty online. I never had any problems but I did call CPS to register the plan and ask them what to do if something went wrong. They spent a good deal of time with me, answered all my questions, and even sent me a follow up email making sure I was satisfied. The customer service gal gave me all of her contact info and said she will gladly walk me through the repair process if I had any problems. It’s nice to know that you can pick up the phone and speak with live people. I tried speaking with the manufacturer directly (wishful thinking). Call me old fashion but speaking to a live person makes me feel comfortable. Thanks CPS.

Consumer Priority Service handled my claim in a quick and professional manner. I explained to them the multiple problems I was having with my Canon Digital Rebel. They fixed the camera in 2 days and sent me a detailed report of the work that was performed. They also sent me a sheet that shows all of the tests that were performed along with a copy of the symptoms I provided. I can’t ask for better service, quick and easy and everything functioning perfect like the day I first purchased it.

I had to use my CPS warranty service for my Frigidaire dishwasher. The unit I have was making all sorts of loud noises and then shutting down on me. The service man was nice enough to come over at night when I got home from work. I was very pleased with the response speed from consumer priority service. I called in my problem on the 24th, and the local servicer was there the following night handling my repair. Turned out one of the spray arms was broken and needed to be replaced. Everything was fixed perfectly and I’m glad I purchased the warranty. In the past I've found that most repair shops are difficult to deal with, and that’s why I started buying warranties for any major equipment I buy. I don’t have the time to deal with these units and just need them taken care of if I have problems. The dishwasher is in good working order and I have no complaints. I would definitely buy CPS warranties on future purchases.

Consumer Priority Service is the absolute #1 source to service your electronics. My basement has a 65” plasma, HP computer system and a message chair. All brand new toys state of the art latest and greatest. I bought CPS warranties for all 3 items. The Plasma used to act up and displays a line and make this loud humming noise, I called the CPS warranty facility and they had a technician in my home two days. The man was very courteous, he fixed the unit in less than half hour and changed a fan and possibly an internal board. He had all the parts and tools needed in his van. But the really good part was that he knew the system inside out. He saw that I had the unit connected wrong, he unplugged everything, speakers, receiver, sub, dvdr and rewired properly. This guy was a wiz. I had everything hooked up wrong which caused the system to have poor sound quality. By the time he was done with it, everything was Mint. System sounded amazing, he put everything at optimum sound and resolution.... Read more

I bought a Toshiba laptop and the extended warranty from Consumer Priority Service. After 16 months the unit died on me and no longer powered up. I placed a claim with consumer Priority service, they responded the same day with instructions on where to send the unit and obtain service under their plan. I had the unit back in 3 days fully repaired with all my data intact. Everything was perfect. I did initially panic because all of work and files I had saved on the HD. Thanks for making this easy Consumer Priority Service, you guys rock! I now backup everything just in case my Toshi decides to die on me again.

I had a problem my gas BBQ. It would not fire up; something must have been blocking the gas that was feeding into the burners which would not allow it to light up. The igniter was shot as well. I called Consumer Priority Service since the unit was still under warranty, they performed trouble shooting steps with me over the phone and determined that I would need a service call. A service man showed up 2 days later and repaired the issue on the spot. He was well stocked with replacement parts in his van and replaced the igniter and one of the burners that caused the blockage. I cooked for 12 people later that week, BBQ works perfect. Thanks CPS for a job well done.

I was not able to receive video through my HDMI port. Consumer Priority Service dispatched an authorized technician to my home the following day and fixed the problem. I appreciate the quick service and response time. The technician was able to work around my schedule and come early before I went to work. Overall this was a very pleasant experience, I will definitely recommend them. A special thanks to Jim and Susan for working with my schedule and following up with me.
