We went to CiCi's in Jonesboro Arkansas tonight Aug 6 2005. First of all, the only thing on the buffet was specialty pizzas. Examples: canadian bacon and pineapple and pizza that had lettuce on it, it looked like a salad. Then there was no ice in the soda machine. The tables were so close that 2 children could not sit back to back with out hitting each other. There is no way 2 adults could sit back to back to each other. We had to move to a different table because when we went to try to find something to eat another family sat down at a table behind us and because the tables were so close we could not sit down.We have ate there several times, this was the worst visit. We will not be back, and will not recommend anyone else to go.

Clean restaurant and fresh ingredients - simple salad bar and pizza/pasta choices, but a hit with the kids, thanks to the small video arcade in the back. Friendly staff and good prices keep us coming back.

I will eat if im hungry and dont have alot of money for food. But if you whant real pizza go somewhere else.

Simply said, for $3.99 one cannot expect Uno's quality pizza. It's cheap, it's filling, and there's salad, pasta and desserts to choose from as well. Although the pizza is just so so, I found their cheesey bread sticks to be excellent, and for me, that and a decent salad bar is worth 4 bucks. No, nothing to write home about, but not a bad choice, all things considered.

A great place to take the family or small groups of civilized people for quick and casual dining. The overall service and food quality at given location Cici's Pizza location is pretty much a reflection of the class of its owner, managers and/or employees.

I've been to CiCi's in Jonesboro, AR and in Kissimmee, FL. Both places were filthy and the food was disgusting.

When I first lived on my own and poor I ate here because 1. It was all you can eat. and 2. It was cheap. So if you want to fill yourself up and eat cheap, it's good but if you want good pizza go somewhere else.

Like cafeteria pizza. My stomach hurt after eating it.

Update: In response to Helmut's post, maybe the dude was making doughnuts! [Original Post] Worsto Pizza. Toaster pizza is better. Even their plain pizza is barely edible. When they toss all the dreck toppings like onions, green peppers, black olives, run for the hills (or men's room). If it weren't for kid's soccer team parties, CiCi's would have shut down years ago.

When I was 14, I used to work at CiCi's and I thought it was ok. But then, one of our employees was fired because he made love to a ball of greased dough. Thing is, he had done it before and served it in a pizza. I almost freaking threw up. I will never eat fast food again.

Not bad,for the price.

Holy cow. What the heck do you guys expect for $3.99? I have visited probably 50 CiCi's (I travel alot) and as a whole, it's almost always great. The people are very friendly and the variety is incredible. If you don't see what you want, they will make it for you and actually bring it to your table at no extra charge in ten minutes or less. If the TV is too loud, I ask them to turn it down, and they do (I can't believe someone actually complained about that!) If I ask them to change the channel for my kids, the manager actually bring the remote to the table and lets the kids pick what they want to watch. WOW. To me, the service and the atmosphere was all a bonus. For $3.99, they could call me names and just throw pizza into a big trough and I would still wonder how they did it so inexpensively and stay in business. To the reviewers leaving critical remarks: What the hell do you expect for $3.99? The service, quality and value you receive at CiCi's FAR exceeds the miniscule price. Get a grip. For less than the price of value meal at McDonald's, you actually eat what you want, and all you want of it, and actually get a smile and some real service. Try getting that at McDonalds. CiCi's is awesome.

I helped start a new franchise, all I gotta say is you get what you paid for. The toppings are kept to a minimum, to keep food costs down, ie more bread to fill you up, less nutrients from toppings. I'm pretty sure their slogan is/used to be Great taste at a great price, which returns to the get what ya paid for, taste. Everything is bread and just enough taste to make you think you're eating something real. Do this, buy the buffet to go, you get 5 slices to go, pick any 5 slices, be sure to get some desert pieces too. Stick this box in the fridge and see if you wanna eat it the next morning like you can with good pizza. Compared to my other pizzeria experience, its better to pay more, simply because you get more.

I love it! I can get salad with many toppings, many different types of pizza, pasta and sauce, a drink and dessert for $5.00. Tastes better than frozen. The only bad thing- the air hockey games in their gameroom are rigged. I played at 2 different ones and the puck flew off the table each time- almost injuring little kids -so I stick to just eating now.

I would say that the quality of the Cici's pizza greatly depends on the franchise owner. I was introduced to the cici's chain just outside of memphis and it was good. Then I traveled to a few in texas that were the pits. I' m now working at a new location in St. Louis, where we're basically competing for a top spot with Imo's (the local pizza juggernaut). Part of the greatness about Cici's is it's variety for food, but the major downgrade comes from the inconsistancy of the franchies.

bunch of damn perverts

The barbecue pizza at CiCi's is my absolute favorite pizza. I rank it above any pizza that I have had at any other pizza chain. There are also several other pizza's that are available at CiCi's that are not available at other chains. Since it is a buffet you can try various pizza's at a price of $3.99 per person, which also includes a salad bar. This is a nice feature when taking large groups out to eat. The customer service is also better at CiCi's than at any other chain I have been to. Thanks CiCi's, you have my business. Kevin Plott

I give it one more star than other pizza chains due to price!!I have a family

The restaurants that I have visited have all been exciting to go to. The food was good and the experience was better. Thanks Cici's! You rock!
kolby1973 02/29/2004
There lunch buffet is worth 4 stars...and their take home pizza is maybe worth 2 stars. This pizza chain is certainly not that good and there is just too much better competition out there to warrant more than 3 stars all together. I have had much better...but have also had much worse...average pizza place...

Great VALUE!
DrFeelgood03 05/29/2003
The pizza probably isn't the best but it is still really good. Some of the kinds are really good. If you want to try different kinds of pizza this is a good place to go. It has a huge variety. The salad bar is really good too. I go here with my friends all the time. It is only $2.99 in Indianapolis.
peteywheatstra w 05/21/2003
only if you're low on money..tastes like frozen...they do seem to have gone up in quality the last time I went (only because its close) but the difference is slight
Tsukiakiko 03/25/2003
It was very good when we first started going there, but the quality and cleanliness of the place has slipped. The TV is always way too loud too.
Redoedo 03/03/2003
The pizza is exceptional, and the costs are low. Overall, a good deal and a good place to take the kids on a Friday or Saturday night.

Mr. Gatti's stinks!
mikeholly93 01/27/2003
Decent Pizza but the restaurants (at least in my area) are a little too small and crowded and they don't put anchovy pizza (my favorite) on the buffet.
Princess Sassy Mouth 06/03/2002
Well, I personally think it is very good pizza, plus salad, plus desserts...all you can eat for $3.99. Is it the best? no...but it is sooo worth it to have 10-15 different selections for that price. My kids love this place & always pick it over chuck e cheese
afterglow70 06/12/2001
This the worst pizza in the world. My kids wouldn't even eat it!
artbuf 04/28/2001
If you really, really love pizza, don't go here. As the old saying goes, "There's nothing like a great piece of pizza. And this is NOTHING like a great piece of pizza". I'm surprised they don't have more grease fires....but then, the price is about the same as a quart of motor oil....maybe there's a connection......
Frank15 04/28/2001
I think their slogan says it all: "The best pizza VALUE anywhere." Emphasis on the word "value." It's as if even they know their pizza isn't so great... and the commercials don't even say the pizza is good. What the pizza is, however, it's cheap. They have a daily $3.99 all-you-can-eat buffet bar with different kinds of pizza... none of them very good, but you can eat as much as you want. They don't make good pizza, and they know it... but at least they don't charge very much for it!
