Excellent when he was on Sports Center. Virtually unlistenable on his radio program, unless he is interviewing someone. The rest of his program is wasted air time.

His childish comments make me sick. He is always looking to be the con on everything, especially when the con part is just ignorant. I don't know who I can't stand to listen to worse - Dan Patrick or Chris Berman - it's a tossup!!!

Sometimes this guy is a little arrogant and attacks the people that he interviews but he is a classic.

Always asks the difficult questions.

Dan's the man, consistent and entertaining AND knows his craft.

Blowhard, whiny, narcissist. The Jim Rome of ESPN! Radio show is absolutely unlistenable. Patrick is as arrogant and judgemental as the day is long. I would love to know about the skeletons in his closet! Please get off the air.

He is my personal favorite Sportscenter anchor. His dry sense of humor is great.

An excellent hard-working anchor, but has gotten a little full of himself and his celebrity. A quick listen to his name dropping and celebrity fawning on his radio show should convince. Although, the man can certainly conduct an interview. Should remind himself of his roots...

Funny, Smart, and great interviewer. Made Sportscenter very popular with anchormate Keith Olbermann. Also has an excellent radio show. Definately my favorite ever. Dare I say...EN FUEGO.

Overrated and now sooo vain. Y'all look closely and notice the hair dye. That came a couple of months ago. Irritating voice.

The smoothest sports broadcaster by far. He is one of the best. His humor certainly flies over the head of the some, and I appreciate how he doesn't have an idolizing attitude toward athletes in general and what they do. Yes, this is quite noticeable with some of the sportscasters on ESPN.

Dan Patrick invented the role of Sportscenter Anchor, and is the gold standard to which everyone else is measured. His understated humor is brilliant, and you constantly get the feeling that he is poking fun at athletes, sports in general, and himself - but in a way that isn't overly smug (see Dennis Miller). Dan Patrick is in a league of his own.
