Super friendly and helpful staff. They caught an error in my layout and even took the time to call me and let me send in a new file without an additional charge. The printing looked awesome and I was amazed at the fast turn. A+++

Impatient, condescending attitude, know-it-all and can't admit when he's wrong customer service rep. We picked up our disk and took it elsewhere.
