    First off i was let go after 4 months of bull shit with no reason from my mangers, i busted my ass from the start did i hit goal yes did i offer plus one service yes did i due everything in my power to reach goals and try to make my store better hell yes. i drove 104 miles a day to work at a no traffic location after hittlet me hitting goal at a closer store, this company is fucking ridiculouse with the exception of shawn cunix who i have never met bill goodrich also never met and alex zabonik, everyoe is a shady heartless piece of shit, especially the florida regional manager frank squires the fucki biggest bull shit artist iv ever met he has to tell every customer hes an rm like they give a fuck, hes and arrogant prick with a napolean complex. i couldnt belive after 4 months of busting my ass useing my gas to drive wherever they needed me to work at whatever store they asked overtime without pay, constant barrage of nonsense, they fuckin fire me on a trumped u[ performance bs I FUCKI...     Hello. Due to the fact that I do not want to be known, I will remain anonymous. This company loves to ass rape you. Seriously. My ass STILL hurts from the constant chewings over nothing. Shawn Cunix is a big fat dick who cares nothing for his employees They love to make us work insane amounts of hours for salary. So when you break it down, we're making UNDER minimum wage. They make our goals extremely impossible to hit, and it's OUR fault when we don't hit them. There is something wrong with US. NO GUYS. THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOU. It starts with Shawn and continues down to Bill Goodrich who feeds us lines of "you'll make so much money" but offers little in the form of compensation.     Shawn Cunix is the epitome of a "Snake oil salesman". I mean let's be serious folks do you really think a guy who is a professional poker player on the side would be anything less though? The guy is about one thing and one thing ONLY, making money. That in and of itself is not a bad thing. There is nothing inherently evil about wanting to make money, even wanting to make a LOT of money. The problem is that Shawn doesn't care who he hurts in the process, whose life and family he destroys to make it. He is a classic narcissist with a borderline deity complex. He started Flexicom with a partner who was too moral for his liking and he eventually forced him out in order to horde all the money for himself. So the guy who helped him set up and START THE COMPANY, even got screwed by Shawn. I feel sorry for Shawn actually. Greed has driven him to destroy lives.     This company is a total rip off which is headed by someone who has made a fortune using other people. Shawn is nothing but a high end con artist who is only concerned with the amount of money he takes from every customer and every phone. Do the employees know that Shawn gets over 30 dollars A PHONE personally from every sale? But yet can't give his employees a raise or set sales goals within realistic expectations so bonuses can be achieved. Look at the reviews...they are accurate. All the positive reviews are written by people who work from Shawn. Shawn and Steve both are only interested in themselves and making money. Why else would they fire people for absolutely no reason? Flexicom can't give raises or bonuses or honor employment agreements but Shawn and Steve can go play poker on what funds???????? Go to a corporate store to purchase ANYTHING Verizon.

    Company philosophy (internally): "Better to beg forgiveness, than to ask permission. We take care of each other." Or "do whatever it takes and we'll fix it later". There was a $1.1M callback on payouts from Verizon Wireless, because Flexicom was collecting monies on incomes that were unsecured. Instead of taking responsibility for the procedures that were approved by Flexicom to their employees (a trainee follows the training) Flexicom charged employees back for bad charges over a period of several months. Even with the chargebacks, it was impossible to make any money as a rep or a store partner. This was because including the chargebacks you still had to make store goals, which were near impossible. So... Flexicom would fire or move you if you didn't make store goals but then they would issue chargebacks so it was impossible to make any money.     sean works for EVERYTHING HE EVER HAS! he teaches his employees how to be a real salesmen and guess what guys the life of being in sales is NOT a job you sit around and do nothing and expect to be treated awesome.If your not reaching your goals then your just not cutting it. Sean doesnt expect his employees to reach impossible goals sean knows those goal ar enot impossible bc he has reached them himself.     I am a lifelong friend of Shawn Cunix. He has done so many good things for his people that it actually puts tears in my eyes thinking about some of them. For example, he wrote off a debt from someone that owed him over $150,000 when his son was suddenly killed saying that he has enough burden and I want to lift this one from him. He has paid my parents mortgage when they needed help without even telling me he did it! He wasnt looking for a thanks or a pat on the chest. He just loves people. Shawn has one of the biggest hearts you could possibly imagine. The comments on this page are truly out of the ignorence of people that have never had the pressure of over 200 people counting on them to make sure that the company stays afloat and can continue to pay them. These people are merely pissed off because they arent good enough salesman to make it here and we wont except mediocrity! We expect more.     Every negative thing I read in these previous postings, I also experienced. One only needs to look and see that Shawn Cunix's original partners in the business no longer work with him to realize that people try to get away from the guy. He does teach very shady deceitful sales practices. He does make it difficult for sales people to hit his ridiculous goals thereby making them more willing to use his shady methods because they are not making money. He does turn over his staff more than a fast food restaurant, but he likes that because he makes them activate a phone and as long as they keep it, he makes residuals. He is widely regarded as arrogant and pompous. Just ask any of the starbucks where he goes. He does buy or questionably appropriate your information so he can call you and get you to switch companies or renew. He is pretty successful. So was Bernie Madoff.

    Shawn Cunix is definitely the biggest con artist. As a former employee, I know everything about the company and Shawn Cunix. I was once one of the company's top sales reps. I left the company because I received a better offer from another company. Thanks godness because that was the best decision I've ever made. Shawn Cunix taught me to lie to my customers. I had to do it otherwise he would fire me. I had to pretend that I didn't know what was going on and over charged the customers. Shawn would order low quality accessories from low quality companies and he would ask us to sell them to the customers for unreasonable price. We often over charged customers on new phones. HIs pricing was at least $50 more than the corporate's pricing. We had to lie to the customers and made them believe that our pricing was the best. The point system was a rip off.     I have worked for many companies in my day, but not once did I feel the need to write a review on any of those companies but one...Flexicom. I wrote my review not for me, but for the many loyal, hardworking people that I met along the way. I watched guys leave the store to find business. I also watched them come back with sales of phones and aircards. I saw them scheduled for 12 hour days to work at fairs. They did what it took every single month to make their goal. I also saw how they never let people walk out the door without making them a great deal. Well, as great of a deal as you can give from Flexicom's side anyway. Verizon online always has better deals than Flexicom. They try to make the customer feel as though they are getting personal service with the sale.     Flexicom Wireless has been very good to our organization They have helped us with our corporate phones and saved us money in the process. In addition, they have also supported us with charity dollars and volunteer hours. A corporate staff members puts in the charity time whenever she can which is most appeciated.

    Yes, everything everyone has written here is absolutely true. This company is nothing but a bunch of crooks! They go through reps like you wouldn't believe..because as soon as someone wises up to what is going on, they either leave voluntarily or they are fired.     This Flexicom company so called a Verizonwireless retailer is a joke. I have dealt with the owner on a professional and personal basis and have been ripped off both times. Shame on me for letting it happen 2 times. He consistanly lies to customers and his employees for the almightly dollar. He even rips off Verizonwireless. He changes ESN numbers at night when he finds someone eligible for upgrades on peoples phones to get paid from Verizonwireless then used to switch them back to old phone so the customer would not know their phone has been switched, and he still got paid but renews their contract. If is very true he says he donates phones to womens shelters but they never make it there. He resells them on ebay as refurbished phones. He also paid people off from Corp. Verizonwireless to print off contacts in their system that were coming up for renewals and offered to hire them and pay them huge amounts of money.     I actually was part owner of one of these stores at one point, or so I was led to believe. This company turned its back on one of the best. My biggest selling point was me, I gave everyone what they wanted and carried all business accordingly for the customer. I was told to do otherwise but the store they were going to sell did a complete 360 because of me as the devil in the background always stressed I could make so much more by charging more(Shawn Cunix). I dont think there was every anyone who would have complained about the work I put in for them, I was unlike the others but I couldn't fall to the criminal methods that they wanted me to use, so guess where I am at now. Guess where that store is now. Neither of us is there. I just want to let you know Shawn yours is coming and the lies would catch up to you. Continue to look at people like a dollar and I will be spending yours.

    Would recommend to all that I encounter! I have been a Verizon customer for over 10 years and been used to visiting the locations in which the lines are 30 minutes to nearly 1 hour and I was treated like a number. I went to the location on Georgesville Rd. by Wal Mart and met a very helpful young man named Robert. I was having trouble with my Blackberry. I was extremly upset. He listened to my concerns, thanked me for coming into the location, and assisted me for nearly an hour helping me to solve the issue with my email service. In the end it was user error on my part. He made me feel very at home. At the end of the day we solved the issue and he was nice enough to offer any additional future assistance that I may encounter. I have since sent in 4 colleagues from my place of employment and received financial compensation ($25.00 per person who activated a new line $100.00 in total thus far) in the form of a gift card from Verizon for the referrals.     I know from first hand knowledge that this company is training all employees to cheat their customers. It is ran by a man named Shawn Cunix who is a con artist himself. He trains his employees to cheat customers and all the while he is cheating his employees. They run on a "profit system" this means that you make commision for making more profit. As a store rep you are trained to charge as much as possible for phones and acessories. They have even been known for telling customers they are going to donate you old to the battered womens shelter!!! This is a huge crock he has a whole devision of the company that sales your old phone on EBAY for profit. They also scap the phones and sale the batteries they will put in a package and sell it as new!! I would not send my worst enemy to this store. PS...... Shawn the thing you do in the dark will come out in the light. Your employees are overworked and under paid. Your clients are overcharged and treated second rate.

    Let me just begin to relive this nightmare which is "wireless", I began my afternoon out by driving home from work . Noticed there was a verizon store , i went in to the location , there was a guy playing music that i didn't think was appropriate,something along the lines of refering to "females shaking what there momma gave them ". Looked up from behind the desk and just looked at me like i was a alein from outer space!. I said hello , i'd like to upgrade my phone , can you check to see when i'm up , he said Arghh and then proceeded to check , while he was doing that i looked at the phones around , SUSPRISE !!! no prices on the phones NO WHERE ! , so i asked how much is this , he replyed back um....... i think its $120.00 no wait , its $199.00 ..
