I am still trying to figure if this is a dating forum or a discussion area about a woman's lips or how much of a sexual motivation she is ! As an anchor she is doing a good job and she certainly has a long way to get to where someone like Judy Woodruff, Paula Zahn etc are. Often she kinda jumps in between a conversation and fires a question on top of another before someone completes their answer. I have also seen her busy looking down into the papers or so and nodding her head while someone is answering her questions, which some people may see as a sign of disrespect. What she has is confidence, good presentation skills and an amazing screen presence. She certainly is becoming more matured, a better listener and reliable heading into primetime programs with time. I hope she has a great future and achieves her goal in life that she is working for. Congrats to her on her achievements.
