OMG...they definitely should be in. What's the deal, petty politics again?

The Doobs not being in RRHOF is a crime. Then again, much of so-called music is a crime.

Way past due!

Deb It is incomprehensible that the Doobie Brothers have not been inducted. Surely they have played a major part in American music history. Deb UK http://www.doobieothers.co.uk

Too long overdue!!!!! Could there be bad blood between them and the powers that be that vote for the RRHF inductees?

If there was ever a more deserving band, I don't know who they would be. The Doobie Brothers are so diverse, talented and overlooked. Especially when bands that were openers for the Doobies are now in the RRHF. With 30 years of wonderful music and still touring and going strong, it is a shame this band has been passed over.

One of the most diversified and best live bands around. The Doobie Brothers had hits in Rock, Country, R & B, Jazz, & Gospel. Songs like China Grove, Long Train Runnin, Black Water, Takin' It To The Streets, What A Fool Believes, Jesus IS Just Alright, Minute By Minute, Take Me In Your Arms, Listen TO The Music, The Doctor... from an often over-looked band that is long over-due to be part of the R & R Hall of Fame. (Especially when Band's that opened for them in concert have since entered the Hall). They have sold millions of albums and continue to tour during the summer months even to this day.

The Doobie Brothers are definetly worthy of any Hall of Fame for there music over the past 30 years and counting! You rated them way to low for my standards especially of there staying power thru all of these years and counting, they've entertained millons of people overe these years and are a Rock Music Icon if there was one!

Worth of the Hall of Fame. With songs like China Grove, Listen to the Music, and Old Black Water, they have made some great music.
