06/30/2005 | Since I do not eat beef (I go by the Chick-Fil-A motto of 'Eet Mor Chikin'), I consider myself a friend to cows. I, do, however drink chocolate milk on occasion and use milk when cooking.

06/30/2005 | Something about cows has always fascinated me...I can't explain it but they seem to lead such organized and simple lives that work regardless of where they are. Yeah they make great hamburgers and belts which are very helpful to man (no matter what PETA tells you) but also surprisingly interesting to observe.

06/30/2005 | We are so mean to cows. Little hick kids with nothing better to do are always going and pushing them over while they are asleep. We eat them with great enthusiasm as well. But the cows are getting the last laugh, as many of us (luckily not me, even though I don't go a day without eating red meat) are getting heavier than them as a result! Milk cows though, we are cool with them. We don't eat them, we just use their milk, I don't think they care. They are usually the compasionate ones that people have mentioned. Although the little hick kids still tip them over while they're asleep. Damn the little hick kids!

06/29/2005 | Cows are helpful, in the way they provide milk and meat- quite easily. Put them in the field, and let them eat, eat, eat. They are also affectionate creatures, if they feel they can trust you.

06/17/2004 | Kinda hard to call cows an ally if we eat them for dinner, I'm sure they're not okay with that. However, I've come up to cows that are sweet and affectionate things; they make me feel pretty guilty about eating steak. For a while. (P.S. Tipping cows is just mean.) UPDATE: I see the list has been changed to Most helpful animals to man now . . . well, yes, cows are helpful . . helpful and tasty . . . .
