08/02/2007 | Pick N Save has a lot of average stuff. Not much on specialty items. Very small quantity of organic foods. They don't staff enough checkers. The fruit & veggies is poor quality and tasteless. Many times we've had moldy fruit and bread. Seems as if the quantities of fruits coming in means they must sit in the warehouse and spoil. The liquor dept. is very tiny and always has long lines on weekends and holidays with no alternative checkout system. We much prefer to shop a local organic store that actually knows about quality.

07/06/2007 | the last time I shopped in the Van wert store it had birds in the store. I saw one bird peaking at the package of meat, that wasnt all that was gross a bird even poo on one of my children

12/07/2005 | I have shopped here for some time because it is the closest grocer to my home, and for that reason alone. There is nothing else to recommend it above any other mid-price chain grocery store in the area. However, after my experience today, I will happily shop at the family-owned locals, or Sentry, or Jewel-Osco, or whatever, just to spare myself from the wretched customer service, and the supervisory staff is even worse.

11/22/2004 | I do like the Pick'n Save I shop at in Fond du Lac, WI but I detest all of the TV commercials I see. One is the father at the bowling alley with his 2 kids. He cannot find bowling ball he likes. The next one is the mother who looks at the picture of apples her little girl brings her from school. It's just not good enough and the last one is the young black man who is now a doctor working at a clinic and meeting his daughter's family for the lst time. The father starts to feel his arms. Obviously the dad is in the meat dept. I fail to see the humor if it is supposed to be funny. Let's try and get some new TV ads. These are simply stupid!

11/01/2003 | In Wisconsin this store has all the others beat. Not elegant, but clean and well stocked. The prices are great, the selection is awesome. The customer service fabulous.

06/27/2003 | LMAO ! Can you say GHETTOFABULOUS? Good grief, this store is so awful, you will never see me set foot in one again. I feel creeped out just strolling thru the parking lot from my car to the door. Give me a break ! :(
