Horrible leader, I am surprised he led a restaurant. He deligated a lot of crucial weight to the members and did not follow up on them. He would not participate in training with the team, and sat around complaining about how things were running. When things were getting really busy, he was useless because he really couldn't do anything. He deserved to be the first one to go.
