i bought a can of wolf Apple yesterday and the first thing i noticed was the can didnt look very full. Then when i took the first dip out of it i could get it to pack for nothing plus it taste like shit. Then later on i had the can in my back pocket where i usually put every can and the bitch crack on me so i threw the can out in the rode. It was a complete waste of money, it tasted like shit in can and the damn can cracked on my. I could have used the money to buy Grizzly plus i've never had a Grizzly can crack in my back pocket. Timber Wolf is shit.

I love the peppermint long cut (blue can, it tastes awesome, and packs really well

not going to rate this stuff a five because i haven't been chewing for long, and my only other comparison is to cope straight and cope whiskey, Wolf wintergreen is my beast of choice for now, cope has better flavor, and the whiskey has an awesome aftertaste (especially if you add some jack to it and let it soak a few days) but neither of them has the same kick as wolf. the nic buzz is amazing, and it stays packed pretty well. picked it up off of a friend who gave me some when i was out of smokes, before this all id ever tried was taboka menthol. TWolf long cut wintergreen, tasty! although i gotta say every time i open the can, the initial smell makes my toes curl. i actually prefer the dryness of it, but it scratches up the lip quite a bit. just tried some mint snus earlier, if it had the kick i might convert, but it just doesn't, so there you go. rambling comes from a low chemical tolerance, makes getting buzzed cheap.

Timberwolf is one of the worst lips that I have ever packed, the peach is gross, the texture is terrible, and it just does not pack well. Not good
bamaboy1286 10/04/2007
Timberwolf is the nastiest shit i've ever put in my mouth, with the exception of ur mom's pussy.... If ur worried about the money, u can buy grizzly, husky, kayak, for less than wolf. I myself prefer red seal straight and its jus a lil more than wolf.... Timberwolf has the worst texture out of all smokeless tobacco, and its just pure shit in a can

great tasting for a low price!!
kr8888 08/28/2007
Best taste for the money in pouches, Cop. is a little better taste and a lot more expensive, you also have to get cop fresh or it's dry and nasty. For the other types of tw ; long cut, fine cut, etc.. they have a good taste but are a lot dryer than others such as kodiak, skoal, cop, etc.. So for pouches I give them 5 of 5 stars, but the rest of their product line up I would have to go with no more than 2 stars, just because they do have a good taste but dry.
BlindZero 08/21/2007
Pretty good overall. The best flavors are Wintergreen, and Natural. The fruit flavors are apple and peach and they are alright but the flavor goes away too quickly.

Hi Again! I just posted a few words the other day about Timber Wolf Straight. In my quest to find a better dip, I tried a few different kinds within the last 2 days, and found the best overall. I have never been a big Skoal fan. When I was growing up, you had Hawken, Cope, or Skoal. Those were your 3 choices. Hawken was like dipping candy flavored tobacco, Cope was strong with lots of amonia, and Skoal was the Wintergreen brand. Within the last 2 days, I bought a can of Grizzly, Red Seal, Skoal, Cope, and some more Timber Wolf.... All in the Straight Flavor. Kinda did my own taste test. The Grizzly was ok, but just seemed like a cheap dip. Nothing Special..... nothing at all! The Red Seal was pretty nasty in my opinion. The flavor was gone in about 2 minutes, and it made my lip sore as hell! Tried the Timber Wolf again, and I still love the taste, but got heartburn again, and it burnt the hell out of my lip too! Still a good dip, if you've got a lip of steel! Cheap Though! I tried the Skoal Straight thinking that I was automatically going to hate it. BOY, was I surprised! Smooth texture, great taste, NO HEARTBURN, perfect in the moistness department, I was floored by the quality! Went back and gave my "old" favorite a try again. Opened that can of Cope, and about choked. I dipped this for many years, and I remembered that it was quite strong. Let me tell ya, there is NO mistaking the flavor and taste of Copenhagen! But after all these years, I HAD to rate the Skoal Straight way above the Copenhagen. I couldn't get the feeling of dipping a household cleaner out of my brain. The flavor does last a long time, and SURPRISINGLY the dip stayed together very well considering that it was the fine cut. In my summation of my own little taste test, I'm now a convert. I will not be buying Timber Wolf Straight anymore. The Skoal was WAYYY too tasty, moist, and just a perfect dip for me to give up. I ordered a roll of it, and that's going to be my dip of choice from now on. Sorry if I hurt anyone's feelings about their choice in dip. This was just my own feelings towards the other brands. I was SOLD on Timber Wolf until this Skoal Straight fell into my hands! Thanks, JivetimeJimmy

jeepingredneck 08/06/2007
I have only tried timber wolf mint long cut. I don't like it at all but Its bearable if I have nothin' else. if your thinking about trying timber wolf save your money and buy some grizzly or skoal mint
longhorn123 07/27/2007
not to good.... peach is nasty. apples alright. straight is the best though. its a descent dip depending on the flavor.
irishgit 07/25/2007
Ok, I'm going to give this a neutral 3 stars because I haven't tried Timber Wolf. My only experience with any kind of smokeless tobacco was a couple tries of RedMan when I worked in a sawmill decades ago. Could't stand it, and couldn't stand what it did to my romantic life. But the question arises: If you dippers are so damn tough, what's with extolling the virtues of fruit flavored chaw? Peach flavored? Sounds pretty girly to me.
flavoredchewfo rever 07/25/2007
Marius, either be usefull or stop commenting, this is the best dip for ur buck, and i love the peach flavored, it seems to have more juice than other chews.
MariusQelDroma 07/25/2007
More crap rated too highly...It kills you in the end, so what's the point?
CopeSNUFFrules 07/25/2007
crap. tastes like jerky chew. eww i can still taste in from 4 weeks ago. get a can of something else and don't waste your money on this. if you want good tobacco at a cheap price get a can of husky.
corey2892 07/18/2007
copesnuffrules brush your teeth Twolf Peach Rulesz
wolfman1 07/12/2007
ive been a wolf man all my life. i actually started out with skoal. but for half the price and all or more taste, you just cant beat a dip of timberwolf. its a good strong dip with lots of taste. i will reccomend wolf wintergreen anyday.
Skynyrd33 06/28/2007
timberwolf fc wintergreen is second behind cope snuff... best deal for your money much better than grizz, husky and red seal. cope is still numero uno
xredxdoggx 06/12/2007
I'm not sure how Timber Wolf got such a high rating. I've been a Skoal fan for five years and find Husky and Grizzly to be a much better choice. Timber Wolf is cut way to fine and its flavor is less than desirable. I've bought a few of the flavors giving it a few chances but Timber Wolf fell short every time. If you like Skoal, its my advice to choose Hucky or Grizzly, you will be vert satisfied!!!
timberwolfnatu ral000 06/05/2007
Timberwolf is overall pretty good snuff. My favorite is definitly the natural which is great. All of the other flavors of twolf are pretty good but not great. The only kind I don't like is the Timberwolf Wintergreen which tastes like shit but hel thats just my opinion.
willbennett933 9 05/27/2007
not bad for a cheap dip. i would recomend the mint
Twitchin' Monkey 05/08/2007
it's got a weird taste. can't describe it. maybe... metallic tasting? i dunno. it's cheap, which i like, but every time i get a can i find myself thinking i shouldn't get it again.
polishjaws 04/25/2007
I have chewed Timber Wolf Straight for about 2 years now and recently bought a can that was a quarter of the way empty. Is this just a chance I'm taking with a cheaper brand or was it a flaw?
budlightking23 9 04/16/2007

I ran out of t-wolf straight so my friend gave me a can of WG...i got one in right now and it isnt shit compared to others like grizz WG and husky WG...but my opinion stand on the Twolf straight...its good shit
Longtimechewer 07 01/28/2007
It was a free can and I still want my money back! I think I will go garggle some bleach now to get rid of the taste.
Jimiam 01/27/2007
NO, no use for this product when I have Grizzly and Longhorn to choose from.
Onlygooddip4me 01/27/2007
Highest cost tier of "cheaper" chew now in third place in the value sales market. Made by a foreign company called Swedish Match(Swedish Government). Don't let them fool you by hiding behind the Pinkerton name. Buy American! (Copenhagen,Skoal,RedSeal,Husky,Kodiak,Cougar,Grizz ly,Kayak,SilverCreek)
dippin1 01/24/2007
from the time i got my first can of timberwolf natural, ive loved it. plus they make those wolf packs, cheap pouch!
irate33 01/18/2007
been dipping on and off for a couple of years. mostly stuck to skoal and grizzly when money was an issue. I picked up a tin of apple Wolf and it burnt a hole in my lip but i like it. Best cheap brand out there
copenhagenman4 3765 01/16/2007

Hi yeah I bought A can of timber wolf winter green it tastes alright but the first couple of times i put a dip in it kinda felt like it was burning my mouth a little bit is that normal because I just started chewing.
copeman138 12/24/2006
i mostly like cope or skoal but i tried wolf peach and loved it now im hooked on apple not very moist but dosent dry my mouth out all in all very good dip
Holdenb55 12/21/2006
It's ok, but there are too many nuts in it "balls of tobacco" its kinda gross
grizz1989 12/14/2006
wolf reminds me alot of skoal, its a pretty good dip seems to be a little dryer than my grizzly...but over all not badd
dipfan2002 12/12/2006
Timber Wolf left me with little white sores in my mouth and tasted like it had a little too much flavoring. My friends said the same thing, btw cope and skoal never gave me white sores.
JonesboroArDip per 12/12/2006
WOW this dip really is worth the buck you pay for it. it is cheap and tastes great. im a freshman in highschool and i started dipping about 5 months ago. i have tried all the skoal flavors and cope and grizzly. But timberwolf is by far the best out of those 4. BUT THE BEST DIP EVER IS SUM REDSEAL WINTERGREEN. if ur wallet is a little heavier than normal. pick up a can of redseal wintergreen. best ever. but if your low on cash. sum timberwolf peach or wintergreen does the trick!
Savagedipper 11/25/2006
Decent Dip. I got some timber wolf winter green, and i like it alot better then grizzly. doesnt dry out my mouth like grizzly does. I still perfer skoal. Overall Timber wolf is not bad at all.
Yo122 11/23/2006
Well after finding some pictures Bill Tuttle, the major league baseball player that died of mouth cancer (horrible way to go), Ive had an interest in qutting or reducing the health risk. Read on here that Longhorn and Timberwolf are super low in TSNs though I could find nothing on the net to verfiy this. Bought a can of Tmberwolf mint, opened it and it smelled like cleaning fluid. Put in a nice pinch and not only did it taste like dirt but it wouldnt pack, particles steadily coming loose and floating around. Its garbage if you ask me. Back to Copenhagen straight, may try to wean off with the nicotine patch in the near future.
Tvak1 09/27/2006
best i ever had
Yamaharid3r125 08/31/2006
