You know something I can understand all the hostility. It is not easy sitting back looking at some prosper while others still struggle. No one complains when the social elite majority benefit more than the lower, hard-working class. If we take a close look the real reason why most people do not prosper is because of poor planning. Bishoop McClendon is one of the greatest teaches of God's Holy word. He is annointed for this. He IS a teacher, sent by God. If you listen for God you will hear HIM coming out of this Man of God. God gives him revelation upon revelation, a life changing WORD for the hearers. Praise Our God!!!

I am watching Bishop McClendon right now. God has definitely annointed the man. The Spirit of God recognizes the Spirit of God. The problem with this situation is, is that we determine our own relationships with God by what some big time celebrity evangelist does. Clarence McClendon is still a man. The problem with modern Christiandom is that Saints want Bishops and teachers to be their God,and when it doesn't work out we trash the man of God. Let's not forget that David, one of the most important Biblical characters had a flawed life, but what was important about David was that he knew how to get it right. Let's all pray that Bishop can get it right. There are some serious issues going on with his situation, because people who look to him for spiritual guidance need to hear what the man of God plans to do about this. Scripture still has to be reconciled correctly. Period. Did he leave his wife for another woman?? If so he may be considered an adulterer. Did she mess up?? We don't know. Let's pray because if he is a true man of God he owes the audience some explanation as to what is going on.THat's just the way it is when you're in the spotlight. Jesus, Paul, Peter etc. all the men of God were an open book. We never guessed about what Jesus, Paul, Peter intentions were.

I'm not sure what any of the people, who had negative things to say about Bishop McClendon, was watching TBN for anyway! It is obvious that you are not TRUE believers, or adamant followers of the word. Because if so, you would not curse the man of God... you would also know that the word of God, yes the word say touch not my anointed one.... How could you speak like that? I will end this by saying that I will pray for every one of you who had bad stuff to say. And you should, for your own sake be down on you knees repenting to GOD for offending him, and praying that he spares the life of you and your loved ones!!! Oh and for the record, why should it matter if McClendon has had marital problems in the past, I'm quite sure you ARE NOT PERFECT either. The word also says, let he with no sin cast the first stone.... Furthermore, would you prefer a pastor/leader that preaches about leading a Godly close to perfect life, but has not walked a day less lone a mile in your shoes or current situation? Or would you rather have someone who can minister/teach you how to depend on God to get you through and out of situations; and even be able to look back on that particular situation and see God's miracle/ mercy work? I know I would prefer the second option, which is why I'm wondering why you would be stupid enough to let the Devil infiltrate your mind to think of this madness... Get it together people!!

McClendon does come across as a bit brash and egotistical. How many times does he have to tell his congregation...You're not getting this? He's got them touching each other all the time and telling them to repeat what he says so often, it's a wonder that fights don't break out in the audience.
