 | Sundiszno (32) 12/09/2004 | Laughter is a reflection of happiness and of being able to cope with life's unexpected surprises. It's important, I believe, to be able to laugh at yourself as well as with (and sometimes at) others. You need to be able to avoid taking life totally seriously every minute of the day - there has to be a time to unwind, relax, and put things in perspective. Laughter often shows itself at those times.

 | AndrewScott (73) 12/08/2004 | I think of laughter as more the result of happiness than the cause of it. However, laughter from others rubs off. Just as long as they are laughing with you and not at you.

 | JonTheMan (29) 04/22/2004 | Just my opinion here, but I find the quickest road to unhappiness is when you take yourself and everything else way too seriously...

 | irishgit (156) 04/19/2004 | The crisis of today is the joke of tomorrow. Laugh and live better. On the other hand, to play devils advocate for a moment, sometimes he who laughs has not yet been told the bad news.
