Seemed hard-working, likeable, and smart at first. Now he's proved to be a ham-handed manipulator with a bit of a Napoleon complex. Too high-profile for his own good, I think.

John is the worst Survivor, the way he treats Rob (THE TRUE SURVIVOR) is so terrible!!

If Rob is the new Richard Hatch, then John appears to be the new Kelly Wigglesworth, only a bit more arrogant. If anything else, watching these two try to screw each other will be fun.

I was going to vote highly for John, because in the first four episodes he was intelligent, sensitive, skilled and was able to work with a group. But I think he was simply angry at losing the challenge and couldn't manage his emotions, and so he voted off the one person on the team who might actually cared for him. I though John was hot and him and Gabe would have made a great couple. But now I guess he is destined to descend into the stereotypical evil gay identity ala the gay couple in Amazing Race 1. So long to you John. but u are still hot

He is a great guy & a great friend. I really think he will make it far in the show. He has already been shown as someone who can solve problems and make ammends when his temper gets the best of him.
