i started on some marlboro menthol lights and wasn't too into it. a friend of mine got me onto these. they're intense and u could really feel them. sometimes they're so strong i can feel it burning my throat. i've gotten some kinda sore throat infection thing prob from them. looking for something with the same buzz but without the menthols.

i used to smoke kools, milds and regs, but i just dont like the idea of inhaling fiberglass for a light headed buzz. i smoke marlboro blend 27s now, maybe not the best choice, but hey, to each his own

If you want a flavored cig then smoke some cloves. Samporna Xtras are good.

Burn long, taste pretty good, but the buzz is sub par. Good going down and coming up, but I've had better luck with regular Tobacco.

This would be my 2nd favorite cigarette in the menthol category. Sometimes it is too harsh, and it can never ever compare to Newport. But it is worth smoking if it is all ya got around.

I'm sorry to all you Kool fans out there, and I know I'm gonna get a low rating for ragging on this cig, but I just don't like it. I am a menthol smoker, and I have high standards for my ciggarettes, especially taste, and kools are some of my least favorite menthol cigarrettes. The blend is not quite right and it comes off tasting cheap. Try Marlboro Menthols/Menthol Lights instead.

newports are good, but they have gotten stronger over the years..but for a good menthol cigarette i smoke capri menthols they might be slims but they are the best menthols i ever had, those and marlboro menthol lights

Oh my gosh, these are so STRONG. To me they have kind of a mediciney menthol flavor. They are strong like Newports just extremely harsh with a not so good menthol flavor. I could never smoke these all the time...only if that was all that was there. I'd take a Newport before a Kool.

I had a 3 day stomach ache and I needed cigarettes, I usually smoke newports but I had a box of kools for some reason they made me even sicker and dizzy, when I smoked my friends newport I actually felt better, is it coincidence or are newports helpful and kools suck?

First off, menthol cigarettes are quite digusting not only are you smoking tobacco, your smoking minty numbing tobacco that stinks. However, I smoke and will not object to smoking Kools (if extremely desperate).

I like the mint smoke going down my throat. Very refreshing and cool. It's never heavy on your throat and it actually feels like it's healing your sore throat or something. It doesn't give you that smoke filled nasty headache like other brands sometime give you after a night of chain smoking.

Kools are okay when you're jonesing for a cigarette. It's not really the best cigarette but it's good enough to satisfy needs. Kools are also somewhat cheaper than the more popular brands.

I used to work for a promotion company, and we threw a DJ competition for Kool, and they sent us seven boxes of thirty-five cartons of cigarettes. Ever since then my nicotine addiction has grown tremendously.

I smoked Kools for years and they are very physically addicting. I believe they have heavy addictive chemicals because if I can not find American Spirits I substitute them with Kools. I go through the pack five times faster and have severe physical urges for them.

Kool cigarettes aren't that popular, but once I began smoking them I realized that it was much better than Marlboro Lights, and had a nice minty flavor to it.

This cigarette makes you feel like the star in a 1970s blaxploitation movie. That CAN be a good thing -- for a night anyway... It's the equivalent of carrying the "Bad@ss MF" wallet that Samuel Jackson had in Pulp Fiction.
