07/23/2005 | The problem with this is, the bosses often feel drawn to those whom they have lunch with frequently or their friends. If a boss has the capability to be honest and not have a personal stake in it, then yes this works. Not always has to be money either, if it's a certificate for dinner or something this is also going to be motivating.
