Integrity inspires trust and confidence that certain rules and restrictions will be strictly followed for the benefit of the group.

Integrity is a very important quality. It is getting harder and harder to see this in leadership anywhere.

This is one of the most important qualities because integrity will mean that the leader can be relied on, they will do what they saw, they are a person of their word and are excellent. If they don't have integrity, not many people will respect them. A leader is also the standard setter so if the leader is lazy and doesn't keep their word, there is no way the workers under them will.

Obviously this is important, but I think it's important for everyone.

The main reason for the many low points throughout human history has been the severe lack of integrity in leaders.It seems that the worst is brought out in humans when they are given too much power.
