The music is great!

I hate cats, can't stand them. Too much prancing and not enough dancing. The musical sucked too!

Probably the most over-rated play to ever hit Broadway. Long, drawn out and just plain boring.

With Betty Buckley in the lead role, the show was amazing. However, the 7 other times I saw it without her...I found it terribly boring and at times annoying. Stay away at all costs

Some of the songs were a bit catchy. I saw it when I was about 9 or 10 years old and haven't really had a good opinion of it ever since. At that time, it seemed that just when you thought the show was going to finally end, they broke into another stupid theatrical song. I think the duration was around 3 hours or probably more. It began my hatred of musicals and has reaffirmed it ever since.

T.S. Elliot always has been my favorite poet, and this is one more great thing to come out of Andrew Lloyd Webber. While I don't think it's the best thing that the Really Useful Group has ever produced,m I had to sing "Memory" for a talent show last year, and for about five hours it was my favorite song. The dancing in this thing is out of this world...me being possibly the worst dancer to ever live on Earth, you can imagine that I am a bit envious. This is definitely a nice break from the Bible stories that usually invade Broadway. Take care, everyone!

The makeup and costumes are/were great and the music is sometimes beautiful, sometimes catchy, often memorable (esp. "Memories" - no pun intended). It was also a very enjoyable theatre experience for me about 15 years ago. But, overall, there is something so oddly - not quite but almost - overdone, bordering on gaudy about Cats that makes you really only want to see it once. It's like a cake with almost too much icing - beautiful, tasty but too easy to OD on.

The music, the costumes, this musical stanks...
