I saw the show on Broadway with Kelsey Grammer, and was for the most part, fasinated by it. However, I also don't understand why they portrait Macbeth as a powerful hero, while he really isn't, and just caused a bit more of a stirup to the situation? Nevertheless...Kelsey Grammer was amazing, and the show thrilled me.

It's an amazing play, but Macbeth makes a rather weak tragic hero.
