Who doesn't like nice things? I know I do. But one thing for sure, and probably mostly everybody has heard this saying, and it goes like this, "I've never seen a U-Haul behind a hearse".

most of us are guilty of needing to have our stuff. like it is a must. too bad really. we could learn from those who have very little and get by.i am not a keeping up with the Jones'type, but i like having my "things" too.  some are way worse than others. must have the best house on the street, the best car, the best........ I am not that bad. but could do better.I like that quote I once read when deciding to purchase something "do I need it, or do I want it"

Sadly this seems to be the norm these days.I've met quite a few people who are NOT materialistic,but when you read the news,surf the net or watch TV you are hit in the face with Materialism.Hard!

All people no matter if they're rich and poor find ways to become materialistic. That's just the way it is.

I could care less about material things. I enjoy my life without the extra baggage.
