Oh yeah, most definetely, and he's helped the Spurs with those shots in the playoffs which helped win 2 championships. Also a good all around played and defender.

The Fresh Prince of Bel Air may not have had as many clutch shots as Jordan, Bird, Johnson and others, but his timing could not have been more important.

As cool in the clutch as they come. Really remarkable for a guy who has not otherwise been a major star in the league. Without Big Shot Bob, the twin egomaniacs (Shaq and Kobe) would have one or two fewer rings than they do now.

You know this guy can take a resort in the regular season. Come playoff time, that's when he's in his maximum potential. He's done it repeatedly whether it was with the Rockets, Lakers, or Spurs. That's why he's named Big Shot Bob!

In terms of pressure players, he ranks with Jordan, Bird, and Magic as the best of all-time. His shots won rings, and the fact he did this on a consistent basis with three different championship teams speaks volumes.

I hate this rotten bastard for what he did to my beloved Pistons. But yeah, he's totally clutch. If he hadn't been such a damn hero, then Detroit would have coasted to a repeat. No doubt ...

Will be known as one of the greatest clutch guys ever in the NBA. Has the Championship rings to prove it as well.

Does this guy simply fall asleep during the regular season and wake up in the playoffs? To hell with the alleged 'superstars' the NBA foists upon us- give me Robert Horry in ANY playoff game and I'll watch.
magellan 07/24/2005
Along with Reggie, Horry is the best clutch shooter I've ever seen. And he did it again in 2005, scoring all of his 21 points or something in the last 14 minutes of a pivotal game.
