It truly depends on the way you use it. I personally used/ are using it and have been for a little over 3 weeks now. To me the cleanse days are useless and pointless, just order the Isalean shake and metabolism pills, work out everyday and you will see results. I've lost 15 pounds in two weeks, i work out an hour a day, and have a decent meal in the evening, just two meal replacement shakes. It helps a lot, and it keeps me feeling super energized =). I reccomend it, but use it only if you know you are going to be dedicated to it. Weightloss depends on utter dedication to your goal.

Isagenix is the best thing that has happened to me. I was dependent on anti-depressents for 13 years. When I was introduced to Isagenix I was skeptical. I had tried everything to lose weight. But the biggest side effect of anti-depressents is weight gain. So you take these meds to make you feel better and you end up putting on more weight. It was a double-edged sword. I did considerable research before starting Isagenix. I had a very close relative die of a heart attack a few years ago. If you were to look at him from the outside, you'd think he was one of the healthiest men at his age you ever saw. Isagenix works on the inside.

I spoke with some doctors and other health professionals (trainers, physical therapists, nurse practitioners, etc.). If you inquire to any docs, make sure your doctor has adequate nutritional training. An average MD has had one class in nutrition. Find someone who knows more than what you can read on the Internet. Also, make sure they understand multi-level marketing or network marking vs. a pyramid. This is the 21st century, people! MLM companies are legal, and very successful! You don't want to ask someone who immediately thinks it is a bad product b/c it is associated with network marketing. That is far from the case.

Personally, I do not have a lot of weight to lose, maybe 5-10 pounds. When I started I was 185. I play competitive soccer, exercise regulary, and eat well. After less than 3 weeks I am down to 179. I can see and feel the difference too. Yes, you do lose some weight b/c you are cutting some calories. We eat horribly to begin with, so we should all probably be cutting our calories anyway. The difference with Isagenix is the removal of the toxins in the body to allow the liver to do its job again. I am not going to get into detail on this either. You'd need a class to learn all this. Maintenace....of course you need maintenance, especially if you want to keep your insides clean. How many times do you change the oil on your car? Cleansing is so new to Americans. Other cultures have been cleansing for hundreds of years. Who's ratios on cancer are getting worse? Who's kids are obese? HINT: It isn't these other countries! This is public knowledge.

What people so quickly forget is that Isagenix is a cleanse, not a diet. It is not a laxative either, so you aren't in the bathroom all day. You'll actually discover that you are in the bathroom less b/c you are feeding your body the nutrients and minerals that it hasn't seen in years. If you do some research, you'll find that due to the depletion of nutrients in our soils, it is now almost impossible to get the nutrients we need from fruits and veggies. The nutrients in an apple today are a small fraction of what you would have found 10 years ago. Additionally, imported fruits and veggies that "may" have been grown in better soils have lost many of their nutrients due to the natural enzymes absorbing the nutrients starting immediately once it has been harvested until it reaches your mouth.

I could go on and on about this product. Do your research. Be open-minded, and consult fellow open-minded people and professionals. If you don't like it, you can get your money back after 30 days.

I did the 9 day and lost 10 lbs! It does take some will power. If you are a weak-willed person then this is not a good option for you because you will fail and blame the program. However, you could do 1 meal replacement a day rather than 2, which is what my husband (340 lbs) is doing and he lost 6 lbs. in his first 4 days. If you are big so is your stomach and you may get very hungry. So, have a healthy snack. You will still lose weight. Doctors do support the program and we spoke to our cardiologist who gave it an approval. You are not "starving yourself" because when you starve yourself you do not consume nutrients. This program is full of nutrients that support your body. My uncle had gastric bypass - leaving him unable to eat, and putting him in the hospital with possible brain damage due to a lack of nutrients from starving himself. I tried the 30 day weight loss not so much to lose weight but more to feel more energetic (although I did want to lose about 10 lbs.).
My initial thoughts after looking at this program were "No way, I am not going to be able to eat for a full day once a week on these cleansing days! hat will never work for me". In the past I have tried taking supplements as a way to be healthier and really never felt better from them so I didn't expect to feel better on Isagenix either. Well, I was very wrong. Within a few days I truly had much more energy and felt great. Personally, I did experience the increased energy and mental clarity that Isxagenix claims. I didn't eat the 600 calorie meals that they suggest but rather had normal meals that I would usually have but I just cut down on the size of those meals (ate just until I was satisfied not stuffed!). For me, a chocoholic, the chocalate shakes satisfied that craving. After the 30 day program I lost 13 lbs. Which was right about what I wanted to lose. I really have never felt better and plan to continue with the total wellness program.... though I think I will only cleanse once a month. Currently, I do plan to try this as a side business. I didn't start out with that in mind but after seeing the difference it has made for me I think other folks would like to feel this way.

I have been on the 9 day program for 7 days now and I am just about to do the 2 last cleansing days. It is great so far! I have not weighed myself yet, therefore I cannot tell you how much I have lost. What I do know is that I feel much better. I have more energy and my motivation to stick to a healthy lifestyle has improved. The cleansing "juice" and the isagenix supreme are not the best tasting but tolerable. I love the chocolate shakes. I fell very ill and was unable to eat at all. a friend of mine uses isagenix so i decided well i cant eat so i might as well use this program as some nutrients. i went on the diet and felt oh so much better and within a week i was able to start consuming foods again. only i didnt feel as well when i consumed other foods. i was back and forth from the drs. and finally i was diagnosed as having celiac. isagenix is gluten free, and that is why i was feeling better after a week on this. NOW i went on the program to STOP losing weight and for nutrients, it worked very well for what i needed it for. it cleansed my body and yes i lost a ton of weight (over 30lbs) but i dont believe it was from isagenix, i believe that was because i was so sick. i am currently doing the total health and wellness not for weight loss or weight control however its for nutrients that my body needs. this product has certainly changed my life forever and helped my drs solve why i was so sick. 5 stars otherwise i might have starved to death!!!!

Here's the real deal...Isagenix claims that you will lose weight and you do, so there is some validity there. The issue is that the way you lose weight is like any fad crash diet. You are taking in an insanely small amount of calories so that by simply functioning day to day, you will lose weight, no exercise needed. The problem is, it is not a healthy way to lose weight and like most diets, eventually when you are able to eat "normally" again, unless you change your habits and lifestyle, you will gain the weight back eventually. When you deny yourself so much and eat very little, binging after the diet is a common occurrence. I can live with the claim that you will lose weight, because you do. What I can't live with is all the "scientific" jargon and explanations...please, this is not how the body works and the isagenix ingredients are not magic; actually there are quite a few questionable ingredients! This product is not magic, it's pretty much like every fad diet out there! Don't waste your time, energy, and money! Protect yourself and your health!

I agree with Chloe12! I followed the cleanse to a tee! Yes, I did lose some weight, but of course you will when you are starving for days on end! The claims are hilarious! Anyone that is remotely educated can see that! Sounds like mvozza might be selling the stuff!

Apparently you know absolutely nothing about the products and nothing about the company. It is endorsed by doctors. Doctors all over the United States. You obviously used the product incorrectly. You must follow the detailed plan or you will fail. And by the way, pyramids are illegal!!! Isagenix is not a pyramid, not even remotely close. If anyone is reading this, try it for yourself. Make your own judgement and don't listen to people who failed because they chose to follow the program incorrectly!

Don't believe the hype! Yes, you will lose weight on this cleanse but you would anyway if you drank nothing but water and ate some almonds in between your sensible gulps of air. When you feel awful at certain points in the cleanse, Isagenix has come up with a great reason...apparently you are getting rid of toxins in your body...or would that be because I haven't eaten in a few days?! I did lose some weight, but did not gain energy or clarity as so many claim they do! It's expensive and over-rated and many people have jumped on the band wagon. Perhaps because you can also make money selling this stuff...pyramid scheme! If it was that wonderful and truly did remove toxins from your body, it would be endorsed by genuine professionals and would be recommended by your own doctor or pharmacist or naturalist!
