As a former newspaper reporter and broadcast journalist, I take quality, unbiased news reporting very seriously. You will not find it on CNN. They used to be fairly objective, but in the past couple years, have gone overboard to the left, far left. Their recent juvenile (some might say obscene) banter regarding the conservative movement's tea parties in protest of high taxes and government spending turned me away forever. I couldn't believe I heard such language on television. This wasn't freedom of speech; it was a vile attack on the free speech of people who oppose the station's point of view.

CNN seems to have a very well-rounded mix of opinions.

I don't think of this as particularly leftist, except perhaps in comparison to Fox.

Shares the same shoddy, lazy and sensationalistic journalism as the others on this list.
