NBC is a washed down version of MSNBC . G.E. owns both stations and is wanting huge contracts from the Obama's Adm. for elec. wind generatos . So you will never hear anything negitive about the Obama Adm. other than a quick drive by mention of anything not positive.

Since the Departure of Tom Brokaw, this was the most conservative news. The try to be neutral, but they do retain some of it. Brian Willams does do a good job in reducing that right wing news. Diane Sawyer in the Today Show does very well in the morning news and is fine in making it neutral.

There have been moments when NBC is biased in some way, but it often tempers those moments with good reporting (if a little incomplete).

Since all of the Networks are owned by very large corperations, they all seem to gloss over any issues that might stir up the unwashed masses. The status quo where giant corperations and the very rich continue to do better and better is their goal. Edwards populist message isn't covered, but his haircuts are. Don't worry about the Justice Dept. violating the Hatch act, Paris Hilton is in, out, and back in Jail. The more information that is gathered about the public, the better it is for business. 35 year old men today make less than 35 year old men did in the '70s. Profits are up!
