Brian was very, very average. While I can give many reasons on why he was a strong player, there are many reasons I can give on why he was a weak player. And while I believe he was at first a strong leader, he ended up being a pretty bad leader and got fired.

He looked like a complete fool on the Star Wars task; in fact, it pretty much wiped away any credibility he had gained from the previous tasks.

Great personality. Not so great of a leader, unfortunately... at least from the Apprentice.

Interesting aggressive guy and good manager. I went on to some other chat site weeks ago, before Brian broke out. Several people were picking him to win at that point, even though he'd been anonymous in the show. I'm going to guess those folks were his friends and they already knew he'd gone deep. Brian's no longer a sleeper, with his performance on the Zathura job. He did a great job keeping that group in line... He's an even deeper sleeper than James is at this point. Like James (and last season's winner, Kendra), Brian has been an active team member who has managed to stay out of the crossfire. He and Josh picked a great market during the fitness club task. But, other than that, we haven't seen much from him one way or the other.

Brian, Marshawn, Rebecca and Randal make a tough team together. These are the top four candidates and it's probably going to come down to them.
