So far, this is my worse experience with any service. I signed up for their calbe and internet 6 months ago and still have no internet. It is pretty bad that they cant provide a service that i pay for every month. It seems like almost all big businesses do not provide customer service at all.

Had this service for a few months. Calls had echo issues, Caller ID never showed names, and it never comicated well with my (tried 3 different manufacturers) phone systems with regard to a Voicemail notification. Fine if you don't use your home line much... not the best option if you do.
