Doesn't even come close to making what I'd c all a decent pizza, based on different Pizza huts in Virginia, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania. Most local, non-chain pizzerfias make a better pie than PH. It's OK only if you're desperate for dough, tomato sauce, and cheese.

I belong to a radio club in Mount Vernon, Ohio. For the last few months of last year 2007, we had made the Pizza Hut here a place for our members to grab dinner and socialize. The last few weeks, the service was became very poor, to the point we decieded to move to Donatos. Everything was great there. Well the last week of december, a few of us stopped by pizza hut for dinner, and no differance, service was still bad. Well we all go to Wendys now, and gained more members. We didnt know that it has been common knowledge that the pizza hut here has more days of poor service than they do good. Worst part is, you never get any honest replys from pizza hut on the complaints.

I love the pizza but it is very unhealthy. If you put a napkin over a slice, the napkin becomes saturated in oil

Pizza Hut's NEW PIZZA MIA is their attempt to compete with Little Caesars' $5 large pepperoni and Domino's 3 for $5 pizzas. Don't waste your money on this...it's a horrible pizza in comparison to their other offerings. They have the best PAN crust, and the Stuffed Crust is unique...only problem is they are VERY EXPENSIVE. If you want a great deal AND a great pizza, Little Caesars is the ticket.

Pizza hut in Black River Falls, WI. Very poor service. When we asked for missing items, he said "can't you see how busy I am?" (he was chit chatting with a co-worker) waiter tended to stay away even more. Found out part of our order went to some other table. I went to restroom and everyone in kitchen was talking about us! When food finally came, another waitress served us our waiter was no where to be found. Pizza was even missing some of the toppings!

I can't believe how awful your sauce is! I CAN NOT STAND THE SPICE IN THE SAUCE! IT TOTALLY RUINS ANY PIZZA!!!!! PLEASE GO BACK TO YOUR ORIGINAL SAUCE ON YOUR PIZZAS. I DON'T WANT TO ORDER ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS UNTIL YOU REVERT TO YOUR ORIGINAL RECIPES. YOUR CURRENT OFFERINGS ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

Pizza Hut in Everett, WA. We order all the time from Pizza Hut for Delivery. 9 times out of 10 they forget the soda we ordered or they do not have the soda we ask for. 12/18/2007 we order the meal deal with 2 large 3 toppings, the bread sticks, cinnasticks, and 2 sodas. They take nearly 2 hours to deliver, they forget the soda, pizza is cold on arrival, cinnasticks barely have any cinnamon and do not taste like they usually do, and the bread sticks smell funky like usual. Delivery Person said that if they went back for the soda they wouldn't be able to get it to us until 2 hours later. All this on a Tuesday Night. Restaurant does not deserve any stars at all.

DOUBLE DOUBLE ? Double double what ? $13.00 for a 12 inch pizza ? Ger real and come down to earth ! The worst pizza at the highest price, what a joke ! In my opinion Pizza Hut is garbage.
Sframe 12/15/2007
Just a note. When you sit for 20 minute without getting waited on, I think this is ridiculous. You would think that their customers would appreciate some kind of service. Never eat at North Platte, Ne

Globe, Arizona Pizza Hut -- Very rude customer service. They do not seem to care about their customers and refused to honor their Product Guarantee for food that was BURNED and INEDIBLE. So-called "district manager" argued with me and stated the food wasn't burned because the saw it, and then refused to let me come in so she could see what I was given! What a joke! And on top of it, half the employees are tweaking on methanphetamine... no wonder the food is getting burned!

Love the pizza and everything else is icing on the cake.
dothanbama 11/08/2007
The quality isnt the issue, but for the one on Dothan northside, the lack of parking is horrendous. And worst of all.. A large 3-meat pizza for $26.56 after tax? Are you kidding me? Too bad I cant go to Mellow Mushroom anymore, where you pay almost $30 for a pizza... but it wasnt a pizza, it was an experience! Then again Dothan folks like to eat overpriced fast food trash so im not surprised!

So I have some questions to ask of all of you. Do you believe its acceptable for an employee of Pizza Hut (Draper location in Utah) to sexually harass someone? Do you believe its acceptable to be threatened by an employee and to live with fear? Are these the type of people you wish to support? Is this the environment you want your children to be surrounded by? I hope that the answer is no. So, I ask that you will help support this boycott against Pizza Hut. There are many other pizza locations to choose from such as Dominos Pizza, Papa Johns, Godfathers Pizza, Little Caesars and so on. So if you are ever in the mood of Pizza, we ask that you please consider your other choices. Dont allow yourself to possibly be mistreated by this particular employee at Pizza Hut. Unfortunately the managers didnt handle the situation as well as we thought it could have been handled. Please dont allow this particular employee to get away with this. So once again, we ask that you please support our efforts for justice. Despite what pizza hut (Draper location in utah) may say, allow me to reassure you all that this is no prank. Unfortunately this did occur and both the managers and the owner himself didn't meet our expectations in terms of resolving this issue. Instead of attempting to resolve the issue the owner himself threaten us, even further by basically saying that we had no right to boycott his business and that if I didn't provide my parents phone numbers,he would be forced to take legal action. According to the bill of rights, everyone has freedom of speech. Quite frankly, all I wanted to begin with was to get this particular employee fired. In my opinion, what this employee did was wrong and I don't think others should have to be exposed to this. In conclusion I am completely disappointed by everyone at this Pizza Hut location and I will never step foot in there again.
jbmaxxx 09/07/2007
Best 'chain' pizza ever, plus they were using Jessica Simpson as a spokesperson......HOT.
wesdsm 08/19/2007
i have read the reviews and i have to agree that pizzahut has gone done the tubes and is the worst pizza chain I ever ate. I was very disappointed and will never order from this company again. I hope that when you see the next ad you will think not to order the pizza. The new slogan: "The most awful pizza under one roof." I will stick to my usual pizza and order Paul Revere's pizza. If you are in Des Moines, IA look it up in yellow pages or on any web browser. AGAIN DON'T BUY PIZZAHUT. VERY AWFUL PIZZA!
Astromike 08/09/2007
In my opinion Pizza Hut has gone down the tubes lately. I'll give them credit. They were the pizza KINGS of the 80's and 90's, but have changed their ingredients and style so much (for the worse) that its not as good as it used to be. They were once REALLY good tasting quality pizza. Now they taste cheap, and have become so about marketing they are the ONLY pizza chain that seems to come out with new items alomst every month just to keep up with the competiton. Almost always the new stuff they put out is a dissapointment. I feel bad for Pizza Hut, I used to love em back in the day.
SomeBoor 06/11/2007
An embarrasment. Having moved from NY to TN, this was the only pizza place around, and pizza- it was my lifeblood in NY, but the people at work always had employee appreciation day at the Hut. If you're from a place that doesn't know pizza, by all means, go, be free, enjoy. But if you've tasted good pizza, you will never set foot in a pizza hut. Soggy crust, greasy, too bready... blegh.
PixarFan2007 05/13/2007
Pizza Hut has pretty good pizza. The new hand tossed pizza was good and I like their thin and crispy pizza as well.
Ruinfocus 03/25/2007
Barely any toppings. Skimpy on sauce and cheese. Olives were cut into slivers.
numbah16tdhaha 02/07/2007
They did a good thing when they teamed up with Wing Street. Mmm... wings.
Vudija 02/07/2007
I've yet to be in a city with a Pizza Hut that I didn't like. There are certainly better pizza joints, but it doesn't mean that Pizza Hut doesn't still serve a faily good pizza.
DamnitBobby 02/07/2007
Odessa, Tx Service sucks, the food quality is poor and the restaurant is always filthy. I used to go to Pizza Hut just for the atmosphere but since they remodeled the atmosphere sucks too.
bmed 01/01/2007
About once Every six months I will see a pizza hut commercial that looks good, then break down and order the pizza. Then, I promise myself I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN BECAUSE THE PIZZA ITSELF IS NOTHING LIKE WHAT I SAW ON TV. This time I mean to stick to my guns. Pizza was cut wrong, toppings sparse, almost no cheese, dough tastes like microwaved. It's too bad that people (I am at fault also) must have forgotten what a truly good italian pizza tastes like, and constantly settle for this crap. They stay in business solely due to their marketing of "new pizzas" (stuffed crust, jessica simpson pizza, etc) geared to little kids and females.
phx411 10/22/2006
Atrocious...their pizza tastes like it was thawed out and then heated. Their pizza does not taste fresh at all.
JuneF 09/10/2006
The Pizza Huts that I've been at were not great at all. I didn't like them. Here, Taco Bell sells a very small pizza supposedly made by Pizza Hut, that is for one person. That has an acceptable and good taste.
NOLApro 09/10/2006
Boycott Corporate Pizza!!! Seriously, I believe the only reason people get this crappy food is because of thier marketing. On TV, the pizzas look delicious. When you get one at the house, it don't look anything like the one on TV nor does it taste anything near delicious. Apparently, sauce must be the most expensive part of the pizza cause Pizza Hut damn sure don't use much of it. Thier pizzas taste like they are designed to appeal to kids.
BlessedBeSiame se 08/17/2006
I am biased here, I admit, I managed a franchise store of this company and it was terrible, they treated the employees like dirt. I would try to offer raises to the employees, the district manager would say it was ok, and then she would never put them through, they were always way more concerned with how much they could work them without having to pay them. The hand tossed crust is frozen, not fresh, the thin crust is made fresh, but yukky. The pan crust is the best they have to offer and it is made fresh daily. The one thing I do still like about them, although I will probably never eat there again, is that they still have salad bars.
jimorama 06/09/2006
How can anyone do that to themselves.
kissmeback 06/01/2006
still sort of good but take too long to cook a pizza.
MattShizzle 05/21/2006
Good pizza. I don't like some of the more bizzarre things they have sometimes, though.
lincolnsandcad illacs 04/11/2006
Pizza is very bland. I think I'll stick with Papa Johns or some other brand.
X Factor Z 03/28/2006
A long while ago I used to work for Pizza Hut, it was an easy job, suprisingly. Anyway, they may be too pricey in comparsion to a CiCi,s pizza.
Dukesucks 03/26/2006
I could get better pizza down the block at the local pizza store. Pizza Hut takes too long, meanwhile at Romano's (the name of my local pizza store), they sell better Pizza for a good 5-10 minutes, spicy wings, fries etc. You got to go to Romano's at least once in your life.
Silver Eagle 252 03/26/2006
As far as the large chains go, Pizza Hut is a good value for the price. While the pan pizza is kind of greasy, the hand tossed and thin crust are not. The kids really enjoy it. If you can spend more money, go with Papa John's.
CanadaSucks 03/06/2006
A safe bet while on the road. . .
Underspin 03/06/2006
Tried their thin crust pizza today and thoroughly enjoyed it - light, crispy and very fresh tasting. Further, their salad bar was a whopping $2.19 and was impressed by its quality considering the price. While not exactly in Pizzaria Uno's league, IMO Pizza Hut is at least consistant, and well above competitors such as Domino's and the like.
Gourmand 01/29/2006
Pizza Hut Pizza recipe: One frozen pizza. Dip in grease and have it delivered by a gansta rappa.
daysie78 01/19/2006
Way to greasy for me. The sauce is overwhelmingly tangy. I love the breadsticks tough!
MISSBOOGIE 01/16/2006
Pizza Hut by far kicks Domino's ass. The flavor is just way better, as is the crust (stuffed crust is my favorite). I wish they would deliver more in my hood (nyc), because Domino's is the chain that delivers regulary here. But Pizza Hut is the best, bottom line. The Meat lover's and Pepperoni Lover's rock!!!!!!!! MMMMMMMM
halobaby28 11/22/2005
Pizza hut sucks there service is the worst I have ever had. Food is to greasy
jerricabenton 11/07/2005
Way too greasy.
clownmaster44 11/03/2005
To greasy. Yuck!
sfalconer 10/25/2005
Pizza Hut is slightly better than Domino's but not by much. If they concentrated more on quality and less on quantity, their menu would be a lot better. The pie is usually very greasy and even though they come up with all these different crusts, they are not very good. What little topings there are, are pretty low quality.
Lauglin 10/25/2005
Definately one of the better places out there, it has so many options though, and it is pretty greasy, so I give it a three
avatardude 10/21/2005
Used to be a lot better. The toppings are diced so small, rubber cheese, and water thin sauce. Buy a frozen pizza and save 10 bucks.
melinde 10/13/2005
pizza hut is sooo disgusting! i have fond memories of eating pizza hut pizza as a kid, but the pizza isn't the same anymore. in the past the sauce was real good, and the crust was thicker, but now...it's all super greasy, the cheese seems fake, the cheese is mushy and salty, the sauce is bitter and gross; while the crust is grease laden in some bites, sometimes it's a little crispy. the only time i eat pizza hut is when my family will not agree on what i want and i have to make them happy by chosing pizza hut. i don't know why they like it. i always have to dab it with napkins. i would rather eat the cheapest frozen pizza out there! seriously! not to mentinon that pizza hut has always made me nauseated...and occasionally has everyone running for a toilet.

Pizza Hut is generally Ok, but I learned an important lesson with them recently. There are two types of stores, one being corporate owned and one being privately owned. I ordered takeout at one of the privately owned restaurants, specifically the store located on Kent Island, Maryland. When we received our pizza, we went home and dished it up and and began to eat when we realized that it wasn't cooked all the way through. I called the restaurant and explained the problem, and they said in a very rude tone, "throw it in your oven until it is done." I said that this was unsatisfactory and stated I was returning the pizza. When I got the store, they said I had eaten some so I could not get my money back. After starting to cause a scene, which I had no problem doing, they caved and gave me my money back. I called Pizza Hut customer service and explained the entire situation. After 3 weeks Pizza Hut corporate called and apologized for the incident. They went further by explaining that the privately owned stores do not have to follow Pizza Hut standards, specifically the money back guarantee. So needless to say, I will always ask before ordering whether it is a corporate or privately owned restaurant, if it is privately owned I will simply eat somewhere else. Pizza Hut corporate did send me coupons for 3 free pizzas, but all I really wanted was an apology from the store I had a problem with.
Rushboy 08/28/2005
Not good at all would rather have a dijorno frozen pizza .
Djahuti 05/30/2005
This stuff makes even Frozen Pizza that sat in your fridge for two years look good. The sauce must be watered down Ragu ! Yecch!
kattwoman 04/08/2005
quality actually just depends on the individual store itself. but they get 4 because they stand by their policy if you are not happy they will credit you for the next or replace it right away. you dont see that too much in alot of companies any more. in fact one pizza place that we use is locally owned but they deliver all night from one end of our valley to the other. it also costs a little more but the quality is at the top but nobodys perfect but this pizza place thinks so if they happen to make a mistake no use complaining they wont believe you any way. but despite that its so good so its worth it
