Again, mediocre. While she clearly has had a reasonably successful career, there is absolutely nothing about her that says "best and the brightest."

Southern Methodist is a reasonable institution. It would, however, be the least of the alma maters (law schools, not undergraduate) claimed by any current members of the Supreme Court. Right now, it's all ivies w/ a couple of Stanfords and a Univ. of Chicago mixed in.
