Might come in handy...

It's a really handy skill to have because you can save someone else's life. I'm CPR certified and would like to think that if opportunity will present itself I may save someone.

The average person may never actually be in a situation that requires it, but it's a nice skill to have just in case. Sometimes, it's the average citizen that ends up saving a life just because they DID know how to do it...

As a "medic First Aid" instructor, I do believe this is one of the most important skills to have. Even if 80% of the training is lost because of non-use, it will still be beneficial.

Yeah, you probably won't come across this on a regular basis (unless you're an EMT). But, if it saves just one life, it'd be worth the knowledge!

This should be obvious,it saves lives.Often,you can find free or very low priced training in this and baisic first aid.Don't watch a loved one expire and wish you had !
