Your recent ad with the woman on the mechanical bull is disgusting, degrading, obnoxious and revolting. Until that ad quits playing my family will never buy any of your products. It is a major turn-off!!!

Not sure about the food, but the latest commercial with the young woman on the wooden bull is not fit for prime time tv. My kids have seen this undulating young beauty and wondered what was going on..When I asked carls web site about the commerical, they said it was meant to be humorous and tongue in cheek. Get rid of the commercial and improve the food.

The fries are pretty dang good. Burgers are typical fast food frozen Jack in the Box Burger Thing etc. but they're hot and fresh. I hate the commercials too. Onion rings and barbecue sauce on burgers are kind of funky and not that tastey. But those fries...

The food is good. The commercials are hard on my appetite.

Nasty, greasy burgers, drowning in sauce-- practically a lardshake on a bun! The rest of the menu doesn't cut it, either. And their advertising campaign borders on nauseating. The sight and sound of some slob chewing on those drippy sandwiches-- WITH THEIR MOUTH OPEN-- makes me want to vomit, not eat. Give me the perfection of an In 'n' Out Double Double. Now THAT'S a hamburger!!!

Have only eaten here about three times in my entire life, but each time it was good. The particular one I have eaten at almost always gets the order wrong, but the food is still good.

I think the commercials for Carl's Jr. are great - the guy sitting on top of a washing machine just chowing down on a giant cheeseburger - "Don't bother me, I'm eating." Intrigued by the commercial, I finally tried a Carl's Jr. Burger a couple of weeks ago at Pac Bell Park. While it was a decent fast-food burger, sadly it was nothing to write home about - and definitely not in the same league as Wendy's. It goes to show you, a good ad campaign does not the burger make. UPDATE: Carl's junior is starting to grow on me. The fries are better than average, and both the Super Star and the Six Dollar Burger are pretty damn good. My favorite thing about Carl's Junior? They wrap the handburgers kind of like a taco, so that you don't drip sauce all over yourself while you eat and drive. It's the simple things that make me happy...

Always give you a lot of what you order. The hamburgers are hella big. The onion rings are hella good and the milkshakes are good too. Chicken sandwiches are pretty good.

The food's not bad. It is probably higher quality than a lot of other places, but it's a little too expensive. I like the fact that they don't charge extra for the essentials like lettuce and tomato. Those home fries are weird! They don't taste bad, just a little strange and harder to eat quickly. Overall a good place, with a few reasons I might pass them on a particular night.

The service is not friendly at all. Locations are not good (near slums). Food is cheap here, but quality is not guaranteed. I ate there once and I had a stomachache thereafter. That was my first and last time.

Best fries (cross cut). I love how they put their onion rings in their sandwiches. Their SuperStar combo is a great classic.

Carl's Jr., I believe, have the best burgers in the world. They are very hearty and they are delicious. The prices are good for a big meal. The advertisements are not even too much. It's just enough to say that the burgers are good. They don't need flashy gimics or annoying songs.

Carl's Jr is a combination of the best of McDonald's and your favorite barbeque place. Most of their hamburgers have that bbq flavor, and their sauce is very bold. Their extra value meals are a great deal.
