Perhaps the greatest rock album of all time,brilliant and affecting,gorgeous and abrasive,influential and funny.A must for any serious fans collection.

Except for a couple of Sparks records, no other group made music like this. Smart and scary and mind-blowing. Worth tracking down and owning . . . and use headphones!

Brilliant. Every song is a masterpiece. One of the 10 greatest rock albums ever. The lyrics are especially awesome. One of the greatest American bands of the 60's, in terms of peak value, not career length.

This album was recorded in the summer of 67 with a string orchestra. It is a landmark psychadellic masterpiece with prophetic lyrics. The album was more of a hit in England but failed to impact America. Still the legacy lives on and grows to this day.
