Think of all the work that goes into this style. I read a story about Bo Derek when she came out with the corn row look for women in the movie, 10. The article talked about all the work to maintain the cut and how she had to wash her hair with some king of chemicals to get it clean.
The dudes I see with corn rows aren't washing them with much of anything.
