Racist store manager in the Lawnside New Jersey Sears Essentials store

I have been to the Sears Essentials in DeLand,FL...I was not impressed as this way very obviously an OLD (really OLD) K-Mart and the only think NEW was the NAME,and Blue Sears Shopping Carts. THis strategy is not going to win over anyone. Kmart.Sears Holdings whatever they call themselves are going to need to invest a FORTUNE and build NEW SUPERCENTERS if their going to gain even a small percentage of WalMart or Target Customers. There is a certain smell,almost a stench to those very old K-Mart Stores that is very unpleasant...it is present in the Daytona K-Mart and is very present in the DeLand Sears Essential. In My Opinion this would be kin to WalMart purchasing Big Lots and putting the WalMart brand on those old Big Lots Stores.

Is this a regular Sears store? If so, I don't go in them anymore. Overpriced, not a lot of selection, and messy as hell. Too much perfume smell and find the workers to be generally unpleasant.

This store is supposed to be the best of Kmart and Sears but basically it is just a crappy version of Sears with groceries. There used to be a really nice Kmart by me and now it is a Sears Essentials. We have other Kmarts nearby but that one was the best. The store was fairly new and was big and clean and staff was so friendly. Some of the staff is still there but many have changed. Now that the Kmart is Sears Essentials the store is dead - barely any customers. And the weirdest thing is there is a regular Sears store in a mall just 7 minutes away on the same highway! The store doesn't have anything from Kmart except for some groceries and beauty products. This was a stupid move and up here in New Jersey we all wish Sears Essentials would go back to Kmart.
