The lightheadedness and crankiness passes after a few days. The sense of smell becomes acute and, after some days, you become infused with energy and lose your hunger. It is fascinating to feel the hunger pass, you almost feel as though your spirit has stepped out of your body.
After it, I felt cleansed and refreshed. I would recommend it for anyone wanting to kickstart their system, if they are feeling sluggish and weighed down by decades of sludge building up in the digestive tract, joints etc.

Now if I fast (it does have some health benefits) I take juice with it because I generally don't have a whole day that doesn't require me to have energy.
