I don't know if I have a crappy brand of braces or what but they are awlful. They get food stuck in them and then after dinner I wonder why i'm still hungry. Because half the meal is stuck in my teeth!! It take at least 10-15 minutesd to brush my teeth in the morning because i have to make sure I got all the food out. Plus, its unpleasant for me to have to deal with!
