robert Duvall was good in this as the cop who was finishing his last day of work as a police officer. he ends up getting reports about this guy dressed in a business atire who is going around and having and causing trouble. Michael Douglas is the actual star of this movie and he is great as D fens. who walked away from his car in heavy traffic and spends the day meeting with every bad situation. pretty good movie. both actors are really good. a pretty disturbing movie but well played by the actors."what you do not serve breakfast? after 11:00?{it is 11:03.about a guy having a real bad day.
