It's probably not politically correct but would tend to control the population in some areas. I heard that Barack Hussein got wind of this and is appointing a cannibalism czar.

I'm seeing Charlton Heston in Soylent Green, screaming out that its made from people. Now that was very eco-friendly, as well as creepy.
