wish he would stop jigging about when he is explaining it makes me dizzy

Most people think Gordon Ramsay is an angry, vulgar person who like to put down others.  I think he's actually a very caring, passionate and compassionate person.  You can see it when he interacts with his apprentice chefs when they're outside of the kitchen.  I've seen his show on BBC, called Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares and he obviously knows his craft and is willing to help other succeed.  And you know what??? That makes him really sexy!
