Zip It 5

The water in my bath tub just did not drain well, it was so slow that it used to cause mud and dirt deposits on the tub floor which was so difficult to clean. I had a new home and a plumbing issue was less likely. Then i read about zip it and gave it try!!! It did wonders. It pulled out so much hair , i never realized i had a hair loss problem ;). My tub issue is now resolved and no more everyday cleaning of tubs, water just drains so well :)

Zip It 5

*Caution: review may contain grotesque imagery. Reader discretion advised.*

I was pretty skeptical when the guy at the Home Depot handed me this flimsy-looking little sliver of plastic and told me that this would solve my clogged bathtub problems. I have extremely long hair (over 2 feet long), and there is no drain cover in my apartment's bathtub. I figured it would be a hairball stuck up in there. I got a bottle of the strongest chemical cleaner they had, just in case.

I got home and tried it. I worked that bad boy in there, and figured that I'd probably regret it when I would have to pull out the broken bits of plastic.

But I was wrong. Instead, I had both hands on that handle and both feet planted firmly in the tub, pulling until my hands were white. Finally, our drain appeared to give birth to what looked like a nasty, wet Persian kitten made from a mess of my long black hair. It was probably one of the most disgusting things I've ever seen in my entire life.

The Zip It surprisingly remained completely intact, and our drain was fully unclogged without using chemical cleaners. I'd recommend this little thing to anyone with long hair (and a strong stomach).
