Ted Templeman is one of the top producers in American rock history. He worked for Warner Brothers Music beginning in 1970 producing the first nine Doobie Brothers albums and the first six albums from Van Halen. He also produced Van Morrison's "Tupelo Honey" and "St Domenics Preview'; Captain Beefheart's "Clear Spot"; Little Feat's "Sailin' Shoes"; Michael McDonald's "If Thats What It Takes"; Aerosmith's "Done With Mirrors" and Eric Clapton's "Behind The Sun".
