Very bad. Takes your money and doesnt deliver. For last 24 months they have been saying 1 month delay.. 1 month delay... The project hasnt even kicked off. I have heard their upper management has left and who ever is left over, their customer service is pathetic.

Very demanding for money. Wants 60 -70 % upfront for thier villas before starting construction. Difficult to talk to upper management about your problems. Unresponsive to customer needs.
