I have a site marketed by Hallmark developers and developed by Haritha developers near samy's dreamland in airport residency, chikkajala. The layout has come well with BMRDA approval with tar roads,. Overhead tank, electricty lines, tree lines.
They pushed/lied a lot to sell the plot. Not sure if any fraud is involved. I have availed loan from the bank

One week back I had given them cheque for advance booking of 60 x 40 site.
After seeing messages from this group. I asked developer to not to process my cheque. At the same time I asked BANK for STOP payment.
Thanks every one for their quick response..
Yesterday I had been to their office to collect my cheque. I told him that I'll go for smaller size sites (30 x 40) in their next phase. I told him that I'll be coming within 2-3 days for booking of 30 x 40 site. He returned my earlier cheque.
He told that.....
"We are not bogus and not doing any frauds". Also told by touching his heart and brain, "We are clear in BRAIN and pure at HEART"...!!
