these are not meant to be pets although they are harmless to us they are not easy to provide food for and they die very quickly, they are not very appealing to guests at your house.

I really don't think that insects should be caged and kept as pets. It's a personal opinion of course but I neither see the point nor the desire to cage them in such small quarters for a lifetime. The poor things should be viewed, not caged, from their nature habitats.

Although the Praying Mantis sounds like a cool insect, does it really have a place here in the pet section? If there was an insect section, it be a shoe in. However, a praying mantis is not meant to be a pet and should be allowed to be observed from the wild.
