Used to be a favorite. If you're really into Dr. Pepper, and associated memorabilia, there's a place in Black Mountain, North Carolina (or there used to be) called Pepper's (gee, it's been a long time) that is totally Dr. Pepper. The atmosphere was great (lots of nostalgia), but the food was average at best.

My caffine high. I was disturbed though, when I lived in Allentown, PA, that resturants did not serve Dr. Pepper.

One of my favorite sodas of all time. It has a nice burn (even without the rum!).

Don't knock rum and Dr Pepper....I happen to like that combo as much as rum and Coke. Would give it a 5, but I drink too much soda to be overly enthusiastic about a particular flavor.

It is the best soda unless you are looking for something to put rum in.
